4月23日,2026年用友印尼伙伴大会于雅加达圆满落幕。本次大会汇聚了来自用友集团、合作伙伴及企业客户的近100位代表,围绕产品能力、市场策略与生态合作展开深入交流,现场气氛热烈、反响积极。


此次大会不仅系统展示了用友在企业数智化领域的产品与平台能力,也通过联合发布、伙伴签约及现场互动等多个环节,全面呈现了用友在印尼生态布局的阶段性成果。

Yonyou Indonesia Partner Connect 2026 was successfully held in Jakarta on 23th April, 2026. The event brought together nearly 100 representatives from Yonyou Group, partners, and enterprise clients, engaging in in-depth discussions on product capabilities, market strategies, and ecosystem collaboration, with an enthusiastic atmosphere and positive feedback throughout.


Through key highlights such as joint solution launch, partner signing, and on-site engagement, the event showcased Yonyou’s growing ecosystem in Indonesia.


From strategy to execution, the event clearly demonstrated that Yonyou’s partner ecosystem is gaining strong momentum and entering a new stage of scalable growth.

用友集团副总裁、海外业务总经理郭葆春博士在开场致辞中表示,用友已经从传统ERP厂商加速转型为全球领先的企业软件与智能服务提供商,并持续将AI能力融入平台,推动企业从数字化迈向智能化。


他指出,东南亚是用友全球化布局的关键区域,而印尼作为核心战略市场,正迎来数字化与智能化需求的快速增长。面对这一机遇,用友认为,技术是基础,生态更是实现业务落地与规模化增长的关键。因此,用友将持续深耕印尼市场,携手本地伙伴共同构建覆盖销售、实施与交付的生态体系,通过长期投入、能力赋能与共赢机制,与伙伴实现协同发展与持续增长。


Dr. Bowen Guo, Vice President of Yonyou and General Manager of the Overseas Business Unit, stated that Yonyou is accelerating its transformation from a traditional ERP provider into a global enterprise software and intelligent services provider, continuously integrating AI into its platform to drive enterprise intelligence.


He highlighted Southeast Asia as a key region in Yonyou’s global strategy, with Indonesia as a core market experiencing rapid growth in digital and intelligent demand. Yonyou believes that while technology is the foundation, ecosystem collaboration is essential for scalable growth. The company will continue to invest in Indonesia and work with local partners to build a comprehensive ecosystem and achieve long-term, win-win development.

用友集团副总裁、BIP产品全球化负责人杨继浩先生在分享中重点介绍了 YonBIP 与 YonSuite 两大产品线的整体架构与能力体系。他指出,YonBIP作为面向中大型企业的数智化平台,深度融合云、数据与AI能力,能够支撑复杂业务场景下的精细化运营与智能决策;而YonSuite则聚焦成长型企业,以标准化、轻量化架构帮助客户实现快速部署与持续升级。同时,用友正持续将AI能力嵌入产品核心流程,使系统从“业务支撑”进一步升级为“业务驱动”。这一产品体系不仅具备成熟度与竞争力,也为伙伴提供了可销售、可交付、可复制的解决方案基础。


此外,用友需求分析专家Chong Yit Sheng先生也带来了一段简短的演示,重点展示了用友产品印尼电子发票方案的核心功能与应用场景。该方案结合印尼本地税务合规要求,实现从开票、申报到数据管理的一体化流程,有效提升财税处理效率并降低合规风险。通过直观演示,观众也更清晰地了解了用友产品在本地化应用中的实际价值及其灵活性与可扩展性。


Mr.Roger Yang introduced Yonyou’s two core product lines—YonBIP and YonSuite. YonBIP serves as an enterprise-grade platform integrating cloud, data, and AI to support complex operations and intelligent decision-making, while YonSuite enables fast and standardized deployment for growing businesses. With AI deeply embedded into core processes, Yonyou’s solutions are evolving from supporting operations to driving business outcomes—providing partners with scalable, market-ready offerings.


In addition, Chong Yit Sheng, Yonyou’s Business Analyst, delivered a brief demo showcasing the core features and use cases of the Yonyou Indonesia e-invoicing solution. Aligned with local tax regulations, the solution enables an integrated process from invoice issuance and reporting to data management, improving efficiency while reducing compliance risks. The demo also provided the audience with a clear view of Yonyou product's practical value, flexibility, and scalability in supporting localized digital operations.

GTM Strategy: Turning Product Capability into Market Success


用友网络副总裁、EBG营销负责人张磊先生在分享中重点拆解了用友在海外市场的Go-To-Market(GTM)策略。他指出,企业实现增长不仅依赖产品能力,更关键在于是否具备清晰且可执行的市场路径。围绕这一点,用友已经构建了覆盖行业定位、品牌推广、销售转化与伙伴协同的完整体系,通过标准化解决方案与本地化运营结合,帮助伙伴快速进入目标市场并提升转化效率。同时,用友将通过市场资源、销售方法论与项目支持,持续赋能伙伴实现从“能卖产品”到“拿下项目”的能力升级。


Mr.Ray Zhang outlined Yonyou’s Go-To-Market strategy, emphasizing that growth depends not only on strong products but also on a clear and executable market approach. Yonyou has built a full GTM framework covering industry positioning, branding, sales conversion, and partner collaboration—enabling partners to enter the market faster and close deals more effectively. With ongoing support in marketing resources, sales methodology, and project execution, partners are empowered to move from selling products to winning business.
