Yonyou founded.

1989

Independently developed Yonyou UFO electronic reporting software, known as "China's First Table".

1992

Launched network-based financial software.

1997

Became the first company in China's software industry to pass ISO9001 quality certification.

1999

Launched China's earliest management software application platform (UAP).

2001

Became China's first listed software company, listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 600588).

2005

Drove the widespread adoption of ERP across Chinese enterprises.

2008

Launched "Yonyou U9", the world's first management software fully based on SOA architecture.

2015

Released iUAP, an open platform for enterprise internet.

2016

Launched a new generation of cloud service product lines for large, medium, and small micro-enterprises.

2017

First proposed the concept of "Intelligent Digitalization"; launched new-generation cloud ERP solutions: U8 Cloud and T+Cloud.

2018

Passed CMMI5 certification, the highest level in the global software field; officially released NC Cloud, a digital platform for large enterprises.

Grandly launched YonSuite, a suite of cloud-native applications designed from the ground up.

2020

Officially launched YonBIP, Yonyou's commercial innovation platform.

2021

Launched Yonyou U9 Cloud, an intelligent manufacturing platform for growth enterprises; acquired Dayi Cloud to expand enterprise intelligent recruitment.

2022

Major upgrade of Yonyou BIP, releasing the milestone new product "Yonyou BIP 3";launched Yonyou BIP overseas data center in Singapore.

2023

Launched YonGPT, the industry's first enterprise service LLM; unveiled Globalization 2.0 Strategy; introduced the "Enterprise Intelligent Digitalization 123" model.

2024

Launched YonGPT2.0; released Yonyou BIP R6; expanded Globalization 2.0 to Europe, US, Japan, and Middle East with direct operations.

2025

Launched Yonyou BIP 5, enabling native "AI × Data × Process" integration; introduced Yonyou BIP Enterprise AI for full-chain intelligent services; obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification.
