The platform standardizes coding rules and control models for basic&nbsp; information such as materials, suppliers, and customers,&nbsp; ensuring unified master data management. Additionally, the platform provides consistent management of accounting subjects,including the unification of primary and secondary accounting&nbsp; subjects at the group level, as well as the standardization of group report formats, facilitating quick consolidation of&nbsp; financial reports.After dedicated efforts from both teams,the project successfully achieved unified group control over master data,accounting subjects, and group report formats across Indonesia,Malaysia,Thailand, and Vietnam, as well as a unified financial accounting system for multiple countries.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>By achieving integrated management of master and financial data,Mixue gains real-time insights into the operational status of each country, without distortion caused by differences in local tax systems. Indonesia had unique tax withholding requirements, while Vietnam required localized tax interfaces and direct bank-to-enterprise connections. Thailand&nbsp; had specific depreciation rules for fixed assets, and both&nbsp; Malaysia and Vietnam had substantial differences in local tax reporting.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>YonBIP provided Mixue Ice Cream &amp; Tea with the tools to adapt to the financial and tax policies of multiple countries. In Indonesia,YonBIP not only supported local accounting standards but also handled the unique tax withholding rules. This allowed Mixue to meticulously manage contracts and ensure precise financial control in its largest Southeast Asian market,safeguarding the financial management in Indonesia.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To meet the requirements of Vietnam&#39;s financial accounting standards(VAS), YonBIP supported Mixue Ice Cream &amp; Tea with flexible management of VAS-specific accounting rules, including the&nbsp; setting of accounting subjects and the daily depreciation of&nbsp; fixed assets in the first month of use.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In compliance with Thailand&#39;s financial accounting standards,YonBIP fully supported the daily depreciation method for fixed assets.The system automatically calculated depreciation at month-end and generated the necessary journal entries, improving accuracy and efficiency by eliminating manual calculations.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Additionally, Mixue Ice Cream &amp; Tea achieved seamless integration with HSBC Vietnam through YonBIP&#39;s Bank-Enterprise Cloud,enabling the automatic receipt of bank statements on schedule.&nbsp; Yonyou also customized interfaces to connect to the local tax system MISA,allowing Mixue to issue tax invoices with just one click,significantly improving the efficiency of its tax processes.</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Deep Integration of Multiple Heterogeneous Systems with YonBIP To meet the diverse&nbsp; management requirements of different countries,Mixue has implemented multiple localized IT systems in Indonesia,Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, while also developing several core&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; internal applications. These include the DMS system for vendor,store,and warehouse management, the OMS system for order and logistics management, and the MDM platform for master data management.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>To achieve deep integration between front-end business systems and back-end finance and supply chain management, Yonyou utilized the iuap platform to standardize core master data, such as organization,materials, and vendor data, as well as business process and&nbsp;&nbsp; permission&nbsp;&nbsp; management. The integration platform provided APIs to connect Mixue&#39;s self-developed DMS, OMS, and MDM systems.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Through the development of over 30 interfaces between YonBIP and Mixue’s self-developed systems, seamless data integration was achieved.
